Samsung has just released the One UI 9 Beta 4 update for the Galaxy S26 series, aiming to iron out lingering system bugs and deliver a smoother user experience.

Weighing in at over 1.2 GB, the fourth beta is currently rolling out to users enrolled in the early access program. Rather than introducing new features, this release focuses strictly on performance patches and boosting overall device stability.

According to the official release notes, the upgrade addresses six common issues recently reported by users. Fixes include resolving a misaligned lock screen clock, erratic Privacy Display behavior, and graphical glitches within the navigation bar and Quick Panel. Additionally, the update fine-tunes live notifications and Bluetooth audio connectivity to ensure they work seamlessly.

This move highlights Samsung's push to polish its software just days before the debut of its next-generation foldables on July 22. The upcoming foldable lineup is slated to ship with the stable version of One UI 9 out of the box. Once those devices hit the shelves in early August, the official software rollout will gradually expand to the Galaxy S26, S25, and other compatible devices in the following weeks.

For now, the beta program remains exclusive to users in a few major markets, including South Korea, the US, the UK, Germany, Poland, and India.
