Samsung has officially released the June 2026 software update for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra. Currently rolling out in South Korea, the update is expected to hit other markets—including Vietnam—in the coming days. This rollout follows closely on the heels of a recent system optimization for the newer Galaxy S25 series.

Weighing in at just over 300 MB with the firmware version S92xNKSS6DZF3, this month's patch is strictly business. It focuses entirely on fixing security vulnerabilities and boosting overall system stability. Unfortunately for S24 owners, the update misses out on the latest smart features that recently debuted on newer models.

Just days ago, the Galaxy S25 series received its June update, which brought along two premium Galaxy AI features—File Summaries and Notification Highlights—inherited directly from the current flagship Galaxy S26. It remains to be seen whether Samsung plans to backport these newer AI capabilities to the S24 lineup in future updates.

For now, Galaxy S24 users in South Korea can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
