Samsung has initiated its routine software rollout for the mid-range Galaxy A57, with users in China among the first to receive the latest update.

Carrying the firmware version A576BXXS3AZF4, the release integrates the highly anticipated June 2026 security patch. This critical update addresses 45 distinct security vulnerabilities, fortifying the device against potential cyber threats and data leaks.

The tech giant is expected to expand the rollout to other global markets in the coming days. Galaxy A57 owners can manually check for the over-the-air (OTA) update by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Out of the box, the Galaxy A57 shipped with One UI 8.5, based on Android 16. Backed by Samsung's commitment to delivering up to six major OS upgrades, the smartphone is firmly in line to receive the upcoming One UI 9.0 (Android 17) update.

Development for the next-generation operating system is already underway. While One UI 9.0 isn't expected to introduce a massive visual overhaul, it promises deeper customization options and seamless integration of Android 17's newest smart features.
