Samsung has officially pushed out a fresh software update for its Galaxy Tab S10 series in South Korea, bringing the device up to speed with the December 2025 security patch.
The rollout began earlier this week, initially targeting the Galaxy S and Galaxy Z lineups. The December 2025 patch, which addresses 57 specific security vulnerabilities, is now making its way to Samsung’s tablet portfolio.
As last year’s flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 is next in line. The update weighs in at approximately 401.16 MB and carries the firmware version X820XXS5CYK1. Currently, it is live for users in South Korea.
A broader global rollout is expected within the coming days. Users can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Once the firmware hits international markets, we will update our database for easy reference.
In related news, Samsung kicked off the One UI 8.5 Beta program for its smartphones earlier this month, introducing significant interface tweaks and new features. While the Galaxy Tab S10 is eligible for the One UI 8.5 upgrade, Samsung has yet to confirm a specific timeline for the tablet beta rollout.
