Samsung is rolling out what could be the final test build for its Galaxy S25 lineup. The One UI 8.5 Beta 10 is currently hitting devices in South Korea, India, and Europe, signaling that a stable public release is just around the corner for the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra.

Weighing in at nearly 1GB, this hefty update heavily focuses on porting and refining the AI features that recently debuted on the newer Galaxy S26 series. The standout addition is Call Screening, a smart feature that allows the device to autonomously handle calls from unknown numbers, even interacting with the caller on the user's behalf.

The tech giant is also introducing 'Creative Studio'—a more intuitive content creation tool evolved from the previous Drawing Assist platform. Meanwhile, familiar favorites like Audio Eraser and Photo Assist are receiving under-the-hood tweaks for smoother, more efficient performance.

Beyond adding new bells and whistles, Beta 10 serves as a major bug-squashing update. It addresses a slew of lingering issues, including glitches with the call screen, proximity sensor, third-party app video recording, Bluetooth connectivity, and multi-touch gestures. This heavy focus on optimization makes it clear Samsung is polishing the software for its prime-time debut.

Industry sources suggest this will be the final beta hurdle for the Galaxy S25 family. Samsung is widely expected to kick off the stable rollout in South Korea later this month, before expanding globally by early May. If the timeline holds, all eligible devices should receive the highly anticipated One UI 8.5 update before the end of July.
