After a somewhat sluggish start to the month, Samsung is rapidly accelerating its February 2026 security patch rollout for Galaxy devices. Hot on the heels of the S25 series update, the tech giant is now expanding the release to its extensive foldable lineup, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, the new TriFold, as well as the older Fold 6 and Flip 6.

Earlier, Samsung pushed the latest security patch to the entire Galaxy S25 family in South Korea. Just hours later, the exact same update began surfacing on foldable devices launched across 2025 and 2024.

Specifically, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and TriFold are receiving the AZB2 firmware, while the Fold 6 and Flip 6 are being bumped up to version CZB2. If you're wondering about the OTA file size, expect it to weigh in anywhere between 400MB and 600MB, depending on your specific device.

According to the official release notes, this month's upgrade is strictly business—focused entirely on beefing up system security. It squashes 37 vulnerabilities tied to the Android OS and One UI components. Samsung hasn't sneaked in any new features or cosmetic tweaks this time around, reserving major overhauls for the highly anticipated One UI 8.5 update coming down the pike.

The rollout has officially kicked off in South Korea and is fully expected to expand to global markets over the next few days. You can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
