Samsung has just released the One UI 7.0 Beta 3 update for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6, bringing a number of new features and notable improvements. One of the highlights is the Best Face feature, which was first introduced with the Galaxy S25, now available on Samsung's foldable devices.
Best Face is a feature that helps users choose the best expression of a person in a photo by recording a short motion video (Motion Photo) for a few seconds before taking the photo. The system will then analyze and display alternative frames, helping users choose the most natural and beautiful expression. This feature is especially useful when taking group photos or when you want to preserve the most natural moments.
In addition, the One UI 7.0 Beta 3 update also includes other improvements such as integrating Google Gemini to replace Bixby when holding down the power button, improving the Drawing Assist (Sketch to Image) tool, and adding AI-powered features such as call recording, web summary, and natural language search in settings.
Currently, the Best Face feature is not available on the Galaxy S24 series even though these devices have been updated with multiple beta versions of One UI 7.0. However, Samsung is expected to bring this feature to the Galaxy S24 through future software updates.
Users in Korea and the US can now download the One UI 7.0 Beta 3 update, and the stable version is expected to be officially released on April 7. However, users in the US may have to wait a few more days, even until April 14, to receive this update.
