Samsung has partnered with iFIT, a globally renowned fitness platform, to bring instructor-led workouts directly to the Samsung Health app. Now, Galaxy users can work out, track their health, and improve their fitness right on their phone or smartwatch, without having to install another app.

iFIT is known for its professional training programs that simulate real gyms. Previously, this content was only available on its own app or high-end sports equipment. But with this collaboration, Samsung Health users can directly access a high-quality exercise library right within the familiar Galaxy ecosystem.

The iFIT content library on Samsung Health includes 7 popular exercise groups: HIIT, yoga, Pilates, muscle building, recovery, barre, and meditation. Notably, each month, users can experience a free video tutorial in each exercise group, equivalent to at least 7 free workout sessions per month. If you want to expand further, users can subscribe to the iFIT Premium package to access hundreds of in-depth exercises with international coaches.

When combined with the Galaxy Watch smartwatch, the workout experience becomes more intuitive: heart rate, calories burned, and workout time are displayed in real time, and automatically saved to the health profile on Samsung Health.

Notably, Samsung also launched many attractive incentives for users:

  • Free 1 month of iFIT when purchasing an eligible Galaxy phone.
  • Free 3 months for Galaxy Buds 3 Pro buyers.
  • Free 6 months for Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic, or Watch Ultra buyers.

With this move, Samsung is bringing Samsung Health closer to the "comprehensive digital coaching" model, helping users easily exercise, take care of their health, and manage healthy living habits right in the Galaxy ecosystem.
