Samsung continues to expand the One UI 8 rollout to more devices. After appearing on the Galaxy A and Galaxy M series, the update has now officially reached the Galaxy F series smartphones, including the Galaxy F56, F54, F36, and F34.

The new update brings Android 16 along with a refreshed One UI 8 interface, with smoother animations, smarter multitasking, and a series of Galaxy AI features to improve performance. Samsung has previously completed the update for most of its Galaxy S and Galaxy Z flagship models, and now the process is expanding strongly to the mid-range and low-end segments.

Galaxy F56, F54, F36, and F34 users in India and some other markets have started receiving this update. While the firmware code may vary depending on the region and carrier, the features and security patches are the same. The rollout will continue to expand to more regions over the next few days.

One UI 8 brings a cleaner interface, improved security, deeper integration with Google's new Android features, and notable upgrades to Galaxy AI such as smart text suggestions, contextual translation, and on-device language processing. Samsung has also tweaked system performance and battery optimization, making the experience smoother on both mid-range and high-end models.

If you're using one of the Galaxy F models listed above, you can check and update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install. The rollout is happening in stages, so the update may arrive on your device in the next few days.
