Samsung has just released the October 2025 security update for the Galaxy Tab S11 series, including the Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra. The update has now started rolling out in Europe and Türkiye, based on One UI 8, the default operating system of these high-end tablets when launched.

According to the record, the update carries the software code X736BXXU2AYJ1 for the Galaxy Tab S11 and X936BXXU2AYJ1 for the Tab S11 Ultra, with a capacity of about 500 MB. The new version focuses on patching more than 30 security vulnerabilities, while improving system stability, multitasking performance, and increasing responsiveness when using the S Pen - especially in note-taking and quick editing tasks.

Although it does not add new features, this patch brings a smoother and more stable experience, limiting small errors that still exist after the previous One UI 8 version. Users will also notice faster app opening, window switching, and more responsive touch operations, making using the device more seamless for work and play.

To check for updates, users can go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Once completed and restarted, the device will automatically upgrade to the latest security version.
