Samsung has released two major updates this year and received positive feedback. With One UI 8.0 rolling out widely, the company has already started preparing for the next upgrade: One UI 8.5.

Samsung is not official yet. One UI 8.5 release date has been confirmed, but test builds have already appeared, revealing many new features and changes. If the usual schedule is followed, the update will start in early 2026 and be rolled out gradually by region. Some high-end models like the Galaxy S25 may be tested in beta before the end of 2025, but there is no official information yet.
