Samsung is rolling out its July 2026 security patch to Galaxy S24 users worldwide, setting the stage for the launch of its next-generation interface.

Following its debut in South Korea last week, the software update has now reached Europe and other key regions. Notably, alongside the trio of flagship devices released earlier this year, the Galaxy S24 FE is also receiving the upgrade. Users in remaining markets, including the US, can expect the patch to arrive in the coming days.

The update focuses entirely on bolstering system security and stability rather than introducing new features, according to the manufacturer. The patch addresses approximately 57 security vulnerabilities across Galaxy devices. For S24 owners, this routine optimization is essential for keeping their devices running smoothly.

The tech world's attention is now turning to July 22, when Samsung is confirmed to unveil its One UI 9 interface—based on Android 17—alongside a new lineup of foldable devices. While the current security patch serves to refine the existing platform, this upcoming launch will mark a major milestone for new features.
