Samsung has officially kicked off the first software update rollout for its latest wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro. While you shouldn't expect any shiny new features this time around, the update brings under-the-hood tweaks designed to boost overall stability and smooth out your daily listening experience.

Currently making its debut in South Korea, the update for the Buds 4 Pro (firmware version R640XXU0AZD2) weighs in at a modest 8MB. Meanwhile, the standard Galaxy Buds 4 are expected to follow suit shortly with firmware version R540XXU0AZD2.

According to Samsung's official release notes, the primary focus here is enhancing device stability and reliability. This likely means the tech giant is squashing a few early-launch bugs that may have slipped through the cracks during the earbuds' initial market release.

Although the rollout is currently limited to South Korea, a broader global release is highly anticipated in the coming days.
