Samsung has officially denied rumors about the stable One UI 7.0 update roadmap. A document allegedly leaked from a Samsung Romania Zoom meeting has gone viral, revealing specific release dates for multiple Galaxy devices. However, Samsung's Beta team was quick to confirm that no official schedule has been announced yet.
Previous leaks have said that Samsung plans to roll out One UI 7.0 from April 18, 2025, starting with the Galaxy S24, S24 FE, and Z Fold 6 series. The update will then be gradually expanded to other devices, extending through May, possibly even into June. While this timeline seems plausible, Samsung has been quick to deny the information.
In response to Beta program participants, the admins confirmed that the leaked roadmap is fake. “Samsung has not yet announced an official release date for the stable One UI 7.0,” a moderator said, advising users to only follow Samsung’s official channels for updates.
Samsung’s Beta Team also stressed that the testing program is still ongoing, with the goal of ensuring an optimal experience before the official release. Another admin added, “We understand that leaks can be confusing, but Samsung is focused on delivering stable updates, so we cannot set a firm timeline until testing is complete.”
While Samsung has denied the authenticity of the leaked roadmap, this does not mean that the One UI 7.0 update will be released sooner than expected. The company simply stated that the leaked information is not official. Users may still have to wait until late April for the stable update. Samsung has previously denied rumors of Beta 5 and Beta 6, but the reality is that another beta is still in development.
At the moment, no one knows exactly when Samsung will start rolling out the stable update. Even one UI developer may not have any solid information yet, as Samsung's engineering team is still working on perfecting the software. Hopefully, the company will make an official announcement soon so that users can rest assured.
