Samsung is rolling out a fresh update for its Good Lock ecosystem, specifically targeting the QuickStar module. Version 10.0.01.3 brings under-the-hood stability improvements and, more importantly, revives a highly requested feature that went missing during the early One UI 8.5 beta phase.
The standout addition in this release is the return of Quick Panel grid customization. Users can once again tweak the spacing between their quick settings toggles, fitting anywhere from a single button up to eight icons per row, depending on their personal preference.
For power users who prefer a dense, information-rich layout, QuickStar can squeeze the spacing to accommodate a maximum of eight toggles across the screen. Conversely, those favoring a cleaner, more minimalist aesthetic can dial the grid back down to keep the buttons sparse and easy to tap.

This grid adjustment tool was a staple in older QuickStar builds but was notably scrubbed when Samsung kicked off the One UI 8.5 beta program. At the time, the company promised the feature would return in the stable release. Now, timing perfectly with the retail launch of the Galaxy S26 series, Samsung is making good on that promise.
Beyond the Galaxy S26—which ships with One UI 8.5 out of the box—Galaxy S25 owners participating in the current beta program are also reporting the feature's return after updating their QuickStar module.
According to the official changelog, the update also packs standard bug fixes and stability optimizations, ensuring smoother transitions when altering the UI layout.
Alongside QuickStar, the main Good Lock app is receiving a bump to version 3.0.15.0, focusing primarily on overarching performance tweaks and bug squashing. Users can grab the latest updates directly through the Galaxy Store or by checking for updates within the Good Lock app's settings menu.
