Samsung is picking up the pace on its November 2025 security update distribution. After debuting in South Korea last week, the patch is now expanding to the Galaxy A33 and Galaxy M33 in India and Europe. Meanwhile, the Galaxy M13 5G has also started receiving the update in India.

In India, the Galaxy A33 is getting firmware version A336EDXSFGYK3, while European users are beginning to see update notifications. The Galaxy M33 receives firmware M336BUXXSEGYK4 in India, with installation packages around 270 MB for both devices. These phones are currently running One UI 8 based on Android 16, with the rollout set to expand to additional regions soon.

The Galaxy M13 5G joins the list of devices receiving the November 2025 security patch. Following last week’s LTE model update, the 5G variant is now getting firmware M136BXXSDDYK1 at approximately 196 MB. Unlike the A33 and M33, both Galaxy M13 4G and 5G models will remain on Android 14, aligning with Samsung’s final major upgrade commitment for these devices.

The November 2025 patch focuses on addressing 45 security vulnerabilities discovered by Samsung, Google, and partners. While no new features are included, system security and stability see noticeable improvements.

The Galaxy A33 and M33 will likely qualify for One UI 8.5, though Samsung has yet to confirm. This version, based on Android 16 QPR2, is expected to launch stably alongside the Galaxy S26 in early 2026. A33 and M33 users might receive the update around late April 2026.

If you own any of these devices, you can manually check for the November 2025 patch by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install. After the download completes, select Install now to restart and apply the update.
