One UI 7.0 Beta update is now available for Galaxy Z Flip 6

Samsung continues to expand its One UI 7.0 beta program by officially releasing a beta update for the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Along with the Galaxy Z Fold 6, the clamshell foldable phone is now available for beta testing in markets like India, South Korea, and the United States. While there's no word on a UK release date, Samsung is likely to roll it out in the near future. However, users in Poland and Germany may not be included in the testing list this time.

The One UI 7.0 Beta update for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 has the codename ZYBJ, similar to the version released for the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The update is around 5GB in size, depending on the region and device, and comes with the March 2025 security patch, which should improve security and performance for the device.

In addition to security improvements, One UI 7.0 brings a host of important upgrades, including AI enhancements, camera upgrades, performance optimizations, and system-wide useful features. This is considered one of Samsung's biggest One UI interface updates ever, bringing a smoother and smarter experience to users.

Samsung confirmed that the stable version of One UI 7.0 will be released in April, with the Galaxy S24 series being the first device to receive it. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 will then follow. In addition, the company also announced that the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Tab S10 series, and Galaxy A55 will join the beta program later this month.

If you're using a Galaxy Z Flip 6 in one of the supported countries, you can sign up for the beta program through the Samsung Members app. After successful registration, just go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to update to One UI 7.0 Beta. Although Samsung has improved stability, since this is still a testing version, some minor bugs may still exist during use.
