Samsung has officially launched the One UI 8 Beta program for the Galaxy S24 series, giving users the opportunity to experience new improvements early before the stable update is released later this year.
Currently, the beta has started rolling out in the UK and Korea, with a size of over 3GB and firmware version ZYH3. Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra users in supported markets (UK, Korea, US, and India) can register to participate via the Samsung Members app. After registering, the One UI 8 Beta will appear in Settings > Software update > Download and install.

This update brings many design tweaks, performance improvements, smarter AI features, smoother animations, and deep optimizations to improve battery life. In addition, One UI 8 Beta also integrates more closely with the Galaxy ecosystem, making the experience more seamless between devices.
Based on Android 16, this is the final preparation step before the stable update is released next month. In addition to the Galaxy S24, Samsung will also expand the One UI 8 Beta program to the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, S23 series, and many mid-range tablets and smartphones.
