Samsung is preparing to roll out the stable One UI 8 update to its Galaxy devices, after first launching it on the Fold 7 and Flip 7. The company previously confirmed that the rollout will start in September 2025 with the S25 series, but did not announce an official date. Now, a new leak has revealed details of the update schedule, showing when the Galaxy models will be upgraded.

According to Alfaturk, the stable One UI 8 will start on September 18 with the Galaxy S25 series. Notably, the S25 / S25+ / S25 Ultra trio will be updated on the same day, while the S25 Edge will have to wait an extra week (September 25). This also coincides with the previous leak that the S25 Edge was not included in the Beta testing program, and will soon be succeeded by the S26 Edge.
