Samsung continues to expand the rollout of the June 2025 security update for foldable devices. After releasing the patch for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3, the company quickly moved to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4.

This update started in the domestic market of Korea, with two devices carrying the software code F936NKSS6HYF1 (Z Fold 4) and F721NKSS6HYF1 (Flip 4), respectively. The update is expected to be released more widely to eligible regions in the near future.

Although it does not bring new features, the update focuses on enhancing security and improving system performance. Samsung said that the June security package has patched a series of vulnerabilities discovered in the previous version, making the device more secure against potential threats.

Additionally, the patch also improves system stability and optimizes performance to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience on both foldable phones.
