Samsung has just released a new update for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7, bringing two notable features: Google Finance integration on the Now Bar and the ability to add widgets right on the Samsung DeX home screen. The update is currently available in Korea and is expected to expand to other markets soon.

According to information, the update comes with the September 2025 security patch, has a capacity of more than 700MB, with the version numbers F766NKSU4AYI1 for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and F966NKSU4AYI1 for the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

New features include:

  • Now Bar Google Finance: If you follow stocks on Google Finance, major price fluctuations will be displayed directly on the Now Bar, helping to update information quickly.
  • Samsung DeX widgets: Users can add widgets such as calendars, clocks, or even decorative images to the home screen in DeX mode, allowing access to information without opening an app.

To check for updates on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 or Z Fold 7, users just need to go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the download is complete, select Install now to proceed with the update. The device will automatically restart in a few minutes.
