After nearly two weeks of announcing the details of the November 2025 security patch, Samsung has finally started releasing a new update for the Galaxy S25 series. Currently, the patch is available for four devices, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S25 FE, initially applied in the Korean market.
According to Tarun Vats, the update for the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra is 531.39MB in size with firmware version S93xNKSS7BYK5. This update package focuses on handling 25 security bugs discovered in the previous operating system version, helping to increase the safety and stability of the device.
Samsung is expected to expand this patch to many other regions in the next few days. Users can check if the update is ready in their market by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
The Galaxy S25 series is already running One UI 8 and is set to receive One UI 8.5 in the near future. Regular security updates continue to show that Samsung maintains a strong software support strategy for its 2025 flagship generation.
