Samsung has just released a new software update for the Galaxy S23 series, adding the November 2025 security patch. On the same day, a similar update was also released for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S25, Z Flip 5, Z Flip 6, Z Fold 5, Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Tab S11, indicating that Samsung is simultaneously accelerating the rollout of year-end patches.
In South Korea, the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra have received updates with firmware versions S911NKSS6EYK3, S916NKSS6EYK3, and S918NKSS6EYK3, respectively. This update package focuses on patching at least 25 security vulnerabilities that existed in the previous version, making the device more secure and stable.
Galaxy S23 users in South Korea can check for the update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the update is downloaded, simply select Install Now and wait for the device to reboot to complete.
Samsung is rolling out the November 2025 patch later than usual due to the recent focus on One UI 8.0 rollout. However, the fact that flagship devices from 2023 to 2025 are getting the update simultaneously shows that Samsung is still committed to providing strong and stable software support.
