Samsung has just expanded the list of mid-range devices updated to One UI 7 with the presence of Galaxy M35. This is the first operating system upgrade for this phone model since its launch.

Galaxy M35 was introduced in May 2024 with Android 14 and One UI 6.1 pre-installed. Now, the device has started receiving the One UI 7 update based on Android 15 in the Indian market, with software code M356BXXU4BYD6.

The update is about 3.7GB in size, users should use Wi-Fi to download to ensure speed and connection stability. In addition to the new features of One UI 7, this update also comes with the April 2025 security patch.

One UI 7 brings a new interface with more harmonious colors, smooth transition effects, and many improvements in user experience. The quick notification bar has been redesigned with more customization options, the app drawer has been changed to a vertical scrolling style, the camera interface is more intuitive, and an enhanced battery protection mode has been added.

One of the highlights is the appearance of the Now Bar, which helps display music playback information, live notifications, and ongoing activities right on the lock screen or status bar in real time.

Galaxy M35 users can check and download the update by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
