Samsung Electronics has unveiled a new generation of air conditioners featuring integrated artificial intelligence and a complete design overhaul—marking the lineup’s first major aesthetic refresh in seven years. The new launch introduces the floor-standing Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery Pro and the wall-mounted Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Pro, both designed to offer smarter cooling solutions tailored to modern living spaces.
The standout feature of this series is the AI Motion Airflow technology. Using radar sensors, the unit tracks user movement to automatically adjust wind direction. The system seamlessly switches between modes: "AI Direct" sends a breeze straight to the user, "AI Indirect" diverts airflow to avoid drafts, and the signature "Wind-Free" mode maintains coolness without the sensation of cold wind.
Beyond airflow, the system prioritizes environmental control. The "Comfort Dehumidification" feature stabilizes temperature while managing humidity, working in tandem with "AI Comfort" mode to optimize the room’s overall climate. Users can also control the device naturally via the Bixby voice assistant. For example, simply saying "the wind is too strong" prompts the system to raise the temperature and lower the fan speed automatically.

Visually, the lineup has undergone significant changes. The floor-standing model is now roughly 30% slimmer, with a width of just 36cm, making it easier to fit into compact living rooms. It features premium metal finishes and fabric-textured edges to blend harmoniously with interior decor. Meanwhile, the wall-mounted version utilizes a grid structure to merge subtly with the wall. Samsung has also improved maintenance with a "one-touch" detachable front panel and washable filters for long-term reuse.
In South Korea, prices for the floor-standing model range from 4.02 million to 7.3 million won (installation included), while the wall-mounted unit is priced at approximately 1.61 million won. Pre-orders for the floor model run from the 5th to the 26th.
Since its debut in 2016, Samsung’s Wind-Free technology has seen massive success, surpassing 13 million units sold domestically by late last year—highlighting the strong consumer demand for draft-free cooling solutions.
