Ahead of its anticipated launch later this year, Samsung’s next-generation Fan Edition has surfaced early. A real-world image discovered in the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) database offers a premature look at the device, revealing a design language that feels both familiar and notably altered.

While the Galaxy S26 FE isn't officially expected to debut until August or September, the South Korean tech giant is evidently preparing for its release. The regulatory listing showcases a device bearing the model number SM-S741. Aesthetically, it inherits much of its DNA from the standard Galaxy S26 flagship, but introduces a significant modification to the rear panel.

The most prominent departure from its predecessor lies in the camera array. Echoing Samsung's recent premium devices, this year’s Fan Edition features raised camera rings surrounding the individual lenses—a design cue prominently utilized in the Galaxy Z Fold series over recent generations.

However, the execution on this particular chassis appears slightly unorthodox. The camera module is positioned unusually close to the top and side edges of the device. On other Samsung models sharing this design ethos, the lenses are typically set further inward. This pushed-to-the-edge placement gives the new FE model a rather unconventional aesthetic.

Under the hood, previous leaks suggest the smartphone will be powered by the Exynos 2500 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM. The device is also projected to run Android 17 out of the box. Further details regarding display specifications and battery capacity are expected to emerge in the coming weeks as Samsung gears up for the official unveiling.
