Samsung is hitting the gas on its official One UI 8.5 rollout. After making its way to several smartphone lines, the fresh interface is now landing on tablets, spearheaded by the flagship duo: the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra.

Users in South Korea are the first to get their hands on the new firmware, which carries build numbers X736NKOU5BZE3 and X936NKOU5BZE3. Notably, this stable release arrives just two months after Samsung kicked off its public beta program.

Ready to upgrade? The process is straightforward. Simply head over to Settings, tap on Software update, and hit Download and install. Once the download is complete, the device will automatically run the setup and reboot into the new One UI 8.5 environment, which is built on top of the latest Android 16 QPR2.

As is typical with Samsung's major software drops, the update is rolling out in its home country first. It is expected to expand to other key markets—including the US, Europe, India, and Vietnam—in the coming days. The One UI 8.5 update brings a slew of feature enhancements and UI optimizations tailored for larger displays, significantly boosting the multitasking experience.
