Samsung has revealed that the One UI 8 beta program will be expanded to the Galaxy S24, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 series next week. According to the latest information, the update will start rolling out from August 11, at least in some regions. Samsung will apparently release the first beta to all supported markets on the same day, bringing a fresh experience to users.

So far, Samsung has released four One UI 8 betas for the Galaxy S25 series. However, the company is not stopping there and will continue to expand the beta program to more devices, including some mid-range models. While the initial announcement only said that the expansion will start next week, the official release date is still an open question.

In an official post, Samsung US confirmed that the second wave of One UI 8 betas will begin the week of August 11, and Samsung India has also made a similar announcement. This likely means that the update will be rolled out simultaneously in all four supported markets, including South Korea and the UK. However, Germany and Poland will not be included in the beta expansion plan this time.

While the Galaxy S24, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 may not receive the One UI 8 beta at the same time, Samsung will likely roll out the update in batches, prioritizing the Galaxy S series or foldable models first, and then updating the remaining devices a few days later. Regardless of the batching, however, August 11 will certainly be an important date for Galaxy users globally.

Samsung has also announced that the stable update of One UI 8 will be released starting in September. The Galaxy S25 series will be the first devices to receive the update, with other models to follow. With One UI 8, Samsung promises impressive AI improvements that promise to drastically change the user experience.
