
Samsung has just released One UI 8 Beta 2 based on Android 16 for the Galaxy Z Fold 6, just under two weeks after the testing program was opened. The new update, with version number F956BXXU2ZYHB and a size of about 928MB, is currently rolling out in India and will soon expand to more markets.
One UI 8 Beta 2 adds the September 2025 security patch along with a series of bug fixes to improve the user experience. According to the official changelog, the update brings the following changes:
- Sept 2025 security patch
- Fixed Android Auto connection interruption
- Fixed widgets on the secondary screen
- Fixed camera preview interruption
- Improved zooming in Flex Mode when recording videos
- Fixed icon overlap in pop-up multi-window folders
- Fixed lock screen only showing notification icons
- Fixed screen delay when turning on the device
Galaxy Z Fold 6 users participating in the One UI 8 Beta program can check and download by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
