Samsung has just released a new software update for the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, focusing on improving stability during use. This is a testament to the company's long-term commitment to supporting devices, not only phones or tablets, but also extending to wireless headphones.

The update for the Galaxy Buds 2 has the software code R177XXUOAYF1, with a size of only 3.02MB. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro received the update R510XXU0AYF1 with a size of about 6MB. Some users have received the update notification since the beginning of the week; the rest will receive it soon in the next few days.

According to Samsung's notes, this update mainly improves connection stability and overall performance. No new features are added, nor are any specific performance improvements listed.

Previously, the Galaxy Buds 2 had added Bluetooth Auracast and 360 Audio surround sound when connected to Samsung's high-end TVs. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro received the automatic device switching feature (Buds Auto Switch) when used with the Galaxy Book laptop.

Although there are no major changes, this update is still welcome, especially for those who want a smoother and more stable sound experience every day. Users can check and update via the Galaxy Wearable app on their phones.
